Who: Any Councilors and High Councilors who wish to go. High Councilors may bring two Agents or Enforcers as guests, there will be an OOC thread for any high councilors who have open guest slots. Characters from aware world or with Confuto Ordinatio citizenship may also go no matter their rank
When: Saturday, around noonish
Where: The Outer Rim
What: SHOPPING
The Universe was perhaps the grandest shopping mall in the entire multiverse. The enormous tower that encompassed the complex was one of the tallest and deepest on the outer rim, boasting a full 250 stories (125 above the rim, 125 below) of shops, stores and restaurants for just about any price range and preference available.
For the convenience of shoppers, stylish waypoints were set all over the mall, allowing quick teleportation to any floor and major shopping area available. Furthermore, the waypoints were all made in the fashion of the area's decor, making them blend aesthetically with the rest of the mall.
Each mall section was designed in a different fashion, reflecting all sorts of exotic worlds and cultures. The halls and stores were broad, allowing easy access to humanoids, as well as full-sized dragons to all shop and spend without difficulty.
