Jacqli had redoubled her efforts to keep people out of the Cat Mansion. For one thing, it was the only portal location in her world, and without it, she'd be stuck here without reinforcements. For another, it's library concealed her shameful secrets, and nobody was going to get their hands on them if she had anything to say about it. And then there were her experiments, we can't forget those.

Still, perhaps she should have been less zealous and not stationed a dozen monsters in the same room as the portal. Or the bombs just outside the door. Or the ...Ok, she had officially gone too far with the security. Anyone who was unfortunate enough to try and help her was going to have to carve a path through fiendish traps and the monsters that filled the halls to reach her-and in all probability, yell at her.
