The High Inquisitor moved purposefully towards Siegfried's holding cell, with Sgt. Morrison close behind. Upon entered the cell, the doors shut, although bulletproof glass windows were opened around the cell so that people might observe. The sound from within was broadcast into the viewing chamber, Morrison had nothing to hide and he wanted his men to hear this conversation.
