(ooc: here how it goes down. You can NPC any of the people in Mineral Town, and if you don't know any of them, there's a handy little wiki somewhere on the net. You can either do the festival or the hot springs or both. Keep in mind you're having fun so tag around a lot and don't be too surprised when people want to thread jump and what not. This is NOT A GUIDED TOUR. Have fun though!)
